A chart of ‘who supplies what’ on a jobsite. Includes columns for the GC, Electrician, Customer, and you (LV). Rows cover these categories:  CEILINGS, WALLS, DEVICES, LV REQUIREMENTS, NETWORKS, INDOOR LIGHTING/SHADE, OUTDOOR LIGHTING/AUDIO. Columns define who supplies, installs, and approves each item. This chart is great to impress GCs and customers before you are ‘signed-on’ about your organizational skills. Once the job is signed, you have a visual chart to hand out to the trades clarifying expectations.

COMPLETION FORM

Comprehensive stand-alone agreement for system design, ‘low-voltage architectural’ advice and plans. Includes Company Introduction, Scope of Work, Design Category detail, Design Development document deliverables, Fees and Payments including revisions, ‘overtime’ and simplified terms and conditions. System Evaluation (Takeovers) includes everything that’s in the Design Assist Agreement, but edited for system takeovers.
